In understanding the work of the Cosmic Ray in the universe and how noise is transmitted across the universe and how Cosmic Rays interact to create noise, and then this noise is transferred across the universe, with the present knowledge gained in Cosmic Ray Plasma technology, one can produce systems which can communicate, transfer sound, energy, food, from one point of the planet to another, or across the universe, instantaneously. Understanding that humans have never managed to measure the speed of magnetic fields and have always considered that the maximum speed of matter movement in the universe, is the speed of light,  this has brought the misunderstanding of the work of magnetic fields.
