This technology has been fully tested and is proven to be correct, where the carbon can be extracted from the environment and in mixing by and with the oxygen of the water creates a liquid condition plasma of the CO2 and leads to extraction of the CO2 from environment and converting it to a material in the water that then can be used for different applications like farming in agriculture and pharmaceuticals.
