Understanding the work of Cosmic Ray Plasma technology by interaction of the fields of the gravitational magnetic field of a system with its environment being created by another system or planetary system, one can create large amounts of water in a system or in an environment. This technology has been developed and understood fully. In the trial done in Northern China, by creating materials, one has created conditions for large rainfalls as clouds and storms. This technology now is understood fully as in the present time one creates by impregnating the atmosphere with nanoparticles of Aluminum to create and generate water.
